If you made a reservation through Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Ikkyu, JTB, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com etc. and paid in advance, the hotel cannot issue a receipt. If you need a receipt, please contact the relevant travel agency.If you need a receipt from us, please choose to pay locally. Thank you for your understanding.
