What is the check-in/checkout time?
Check-in begins at 15:00. Checkout is 11:00.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept VISA, JCB, DINERS and UC.

Is there a separate service charge?
All room rates on our website include service charges and tax.

Can I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
Yes, the front desk can watch your luggage. You can also leave your luggage at the front desk after checking out.(check out day only)

Do you allow standby reservations in case of cancellation?
Unfortunately, we do not allow standby reservations.

Is there a curfew?
No, the hotel doors are open 24 hours a day.

How does your laundry service work?
If you provide your clothing to the front desk by 9:00, it will be ready by the evening on the same day.
Note: Laundry service not available on holidays. -
Can my pet stay in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay in the hotel.

Can minors stay at the hotel alone?
Minors may stay at the hotel with the approval of a person with parental authority. Please submit a consent form for all guests to the front desk upon check-in. If we deem it necessary, we may contact the person with parental authority. Please download the accommodation agreement form from the following link.

Do you have yukata robes for children?
Unfortunately we do not have yukata for children.

What kind of amenities are available?
We provide toothbrushes, shaving razors, hairbrushes, body soap, rinse, shampoo, hand soap, bath towels, face towels, nightwear, hair dryers and some other items.

Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes. They are empty so you can use them as necessary.

Does the hotel have a large pubic bath?
Unfortunately, we do not have a large public bath.

Access and parking

Do have a parking lot?
Yes, the parking lot costs 2,500 yen per night. However, spaces are limited and we cannot accommodate larger vehicles.
Vehicle size limit: H 165 cm x W 190 cm L 508 cm
Please call the hotel for more details about the parking. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking space may not be available at time of arrival. If no space is available or vehicle is too large, public parking is available next to the hotel (about three minutes on foot). -
What is the closest train station?
Namba Station and Nihonbashi Station are closest.
The hotel is a five minute walk from the Midosuji Subway, Sennichimae subway, Kintetsu and Hanshin Namba lines. The hotel is right in front of Namba Walk exit B26.
The hotel is a three minute walk from Nihonbashi Station. Please use Namba Walk exit B26.

How do I get to the hotel from JR Shin-Osaka Station?
Take the Midosuji Subway Line to Namba Station. Get off the train and head down the Namba Walk to exit B26. Look for the Family Mart convenience store. The hotel entrance is next to Family Mart.

How do I get to the hotel from Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport)?
Use the limousine bus, which goes directly to Namba (approximately 30 minutes). By train, take the monorail to Senri Chuo Station, change to the Midosuji Subway Line and get off at Namba Station.

Can I send packages/luggage from the hotel?
Yes, we use Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

How do I send packages/luggage to the hotel?
Write your name, address and the hotel guest’s name and date(s) of stay on the shipping label and send to the hotel.

Can I use images from the hotel’s official website?
The hotel owns the copyrights to images on the official website.
For images the hotel does not own, the hotel has received approval from the copyright owners to display them on the website.
In consideration of copyright owners and protecting the right to use one’s likeness, we cannot allow the use of images on this website.
Notes
With the exception of some photos taken by hotel staff, we have received permission from the following rights holders for images of major sightseeing spots:

The closest convenience store is family Mart, located on the first floor of the hotel.

Is there an ATM nearby?
There is an ATM inside the Family Mart convenience store, located on the first floor of the hotel.
There is also a Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ ATM available 24 hours a day, a five minute walk from the hotel.
